Shosaikan-Syosaikan Seiran Blue is one of two Sailor-made inks from the Shosaikan pen shop based in Tokyo with the other being a green-yellow. They are both in the lovely Sailor Tall or Vase bottles. I visited the store in 2018 on my trip to Japan; itโs a beautiful and spacious store with lots to offer (and lots of high end pens!). Before visiting the store, I acquired this ink via a forwarding service.

Ink Review: Tokyo International Pen Show Blackness High Tea
Tokyo International Pen Show Highness Black Tea is a Sailor made ink that was, unsurprisingly, made for the Tokyo International Pen Show back in 2019. This ink is no longer available, as far as I know, and I was only able to get it via a friend last year. Two inks were released exclusively for the 2019 show, the other being Noble Green Tea which I didnโt get (disappointingly!). Some photos of this green ink can be seen here, here, and here.

I've wanted to try Krishna inks for quite a while but their shipping prices have, in the past, been very prohibitive. I decided to take the plunge and bought 12 inks from The Pen World and I'm glad I did! Fortunately Krishna have found a way to ship the inks international much, much cheaper than in the past. They still aren't cheap but it's a lot better and the inks themselves are very aggressively priced at between US$2.80 and US$4.30 a bottle. The bottles themselves are small at 20ml bottles but the inks inside them really pack a punch and are certainly very unique.
