Shumibun Writing Time Jasper Green is a Sailor store exclusive ink from Shumibun in Japan. The store itself is makes a Fountain Pen magazine for the Fountain Pen market. The store describes the colour as a "deep green mixed with jasper". There are two other inks in the series (from which I only have a bottle of Jasper Green): Coral Blue (a dusty turquoise colour) and Lapis Blue (a rich blue).

Ink Review: Robert Oster Velvet Storm
This ink as some very unique sheen. It doesn't have a lot but what it does have reacts very differently depending on the paper. Robert Oster teased this ink in August and announced the name in September. "Velvet Storm" is a great evocative name for an ink and suites this dark blue-green ink. Blackstone Ink from Just Write in Australia recently released a set of Scents of Australia inks. These inks compliment the older Colours Of Australia lineup. Two of the inks from each set are blue (or are at least called blue) and I wanted to see how they compared to each other. Barrier Reef Blue is one of my favourite sheening inks and Sydney Harbour does pretty well for it self as well.
